Information
Privacy
How this website handles personal information.
What this website collects
This website is a static information site. It has no user accounts, contact forms or registration database, and it sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Registration
Registration for each event takes place on an official external form linked from the registration hub. Information you submit there is handled by the ARDOUR organising committee for running the event, and by the form provider under its own privacy terms. The organisers should collect only the information needed to run each competition.
If you write to ec.csio.acsir@gmail.com, your message and email address are received by the ARDOUR student coordination team and are used only to respond to your enquiry.
Photographs
The gallery shows photographs taken at previous ARDOUR events. Location metadata has been removed from the published images. To request the removal of a photograph in which you appear, please write to ec.csio.acsir@gmail.com.
Hosting
Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability. Details depend on the final hosting arrangement.
